The first step was to create an open floor plan to make the most of the awesome country views from this beautiful hillside lot.

Our current project started out as a garage and workshop. We got excited about the creative potential and fell in love with the lot, high on a hill overlooking the countryside at the edge of one of the best cities in the Midwest. Watch for more before and after photos.
